Guided tours
Private guided tours for groups of adults last approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes per venue. Languages available for tours include English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Albanian, Turkish, and IS. The maximum number of participants per guide is 25 people. Larger groups will be split with several guides.
To benefit from the reduced rate ticket of € 20 (VAT included), the group must consist of a minimum of 10 adults. The ticket will allow visitors to enter both exhibition venues once, even on different days. One free ticket per accompanying person with a certified disability is available.
Guided tours include an introduction to the 60th International Art Exhibition, Stranieri ovunque - Foreigners Everywhere curated by Adriano Pedrosa, a visit to the Central Pavilion in the Giardini or the Corderie and the first hall of the Artiglierie in the Arsenale, and a brief introduction to National Participations: it is possible to book a visit to a selection of National Participations, request a personalised itinerary and organise lectures and specific thematic in-depth tours.
The fee may vary depending on the duration of the activity requested.
For families, it is possible to book a dedicated and tailor-made Family Friendly guided tour for adults with children or teenagers. These activities, some of which are interactive, focus on selected themes and works from the Exhibition.
During the Dance, Music, and Theatre Festivals, it will be possible to combine the booking of a guided tour with participation in one of the scheduled performances.
