For the 81st Venice International Film Festival, La Biennale di Venezia, in collaboration with Armani beauty, confirms the award of a prize by the audiences, to the best film of the Orizzonti Extra section.
The winner of the Armani beauty Audience Award will be determined by the votes cast by the spectators of the 9 films in the Orizzonti Extra section, limited to the official screenings of each film taking place in Sala Giardino at 9 pm.
All spectators attending the screening of each film have the right to express their vote, either as individual tickets holders, as Orizzonti Extra section subscription holders, or as accreditation pass holders who have made a reservation to view the screening free of charge. Members of the film delegations and their guests do not have the right to vote.
All viewers entitled to vote will receive an email with an individual link to cast their vote. Spectators can rate the films from 1 to 10. The voting link may be used only once, afterwards it will be no longer valid.
Each spectator receiving the voting link must rate the film before 8 pm of the day after the official screening. In the case of the last film, scheduled for Friday September 6, the vote must be cast before 1.00 pm on Saturday September 7.
The Armani Beauty Audience Award will be awarded to the film with the highest average rating expressed by the viewers. The award will be given during the closing awards ceremony on Saturday September 7 in Sala Grande (Palazzo del Cinema, Lido di Venezia).
