Biennale College Musica 2019: audition for young singers
Selection of young singers (aged 35 or less) for the production of four short chamber operas.
Biennale College Musica 2019
La Biennale di Venezia, in the context of the Biennale College Musica project, will select young singers aged 35 or less for the production of four short chamber operas that will be premiered on 6th October 2019 in Venice as part of the 63rd International Festival of Contemporary Music (27 September - 7 October 2019).
The voices to be selected include:
- Soprano
- Tenor
- Mezzo-soprano
- Baritone
- Bass
How to apply
Applicants must send the following documentation to college-musica@labiennale.org by 14th April 2019:
- Curriculum Vitae;
- Link to video(s) with applicant performing two works, of which at least one must be modern or contemporary repertoire (recordings may be homemade);
- 2 recent digital photographs (a medium close-up and a medium long-shot).
Eligible applicants will be informed about the progress of the selection by 30th April 2019.
