Location of the exhibition space: connected by an internal staircase, the ground floor and first floor of the building adjoining Ca' Foscari to the south now host its exhibition spaces, spanning approx. 700 sq.m., divided between the entrance hall, the first-floor hall, and other smaller rooms. Decorative stucco, polychrome and gilded beams, monumental fireplaces, and Venetian flooring enhance the spaces. The staircase connecting the two floors overlooks an internal courtyard housing the Niobe monumental complex, one of the palace's most significant features. The statue, created by Napoleone Martinuzzi, mourns the students and faculty who fell during the conflicts of the last century. The exhibition spaces host art and exhibitions, corporate meetings, talks, seminars, and workshops.
