Description
Drawing from Aymara cosmovision, this exhibition views the contemporary experience as anchoring us in the present moment, which holds within it the seeds of the future, emerging from the fertile soil of our past. This present is a stage where different space- times intertwine, where strategies to maintain the status quo coexist with those signifying renewal. The world upended by colonialism can right itself by understanding history and using its lessons wisely. The past is not fixed but offers a range of tools, including wisdom and struggle, to create a fairer and more sustainable future. By exploring its depths carefully, we can nurture the beginnings of the world we want to see.
