Subscriptions for the 81st Venice Film Festival

On Thursday 4 July 2024 subscriptions for the 81st Venice Film Festival will be available as per the terms described below.

From 4-19 July 2024 preemption is available for previous subscribers who wish to buy a subscription for the 2024 Festival.

Prices for subscriptions

Subscriptions are nominative and non-transferable to third parties.

The request to purchase subscriptions must be sent to La Biennale by filling in the online request form link by entering the data of the future holder and user of the subscription. For requests to purchase subscriptions on behalf of third parties, a form must be filled in for each holder, entering the data of the person who will use the subscription and, if different from the applicant, the data of the contact person for payment.

Subscriptions will be sent by e-mail at the end of the purchase procedure and will be valid as fiscal documents of the purchase.

If an invoice is required for the purchase, this must be indicated at the time of request. Once the purchase has been made, it will no longer be possible to obtain an invoice.

Purchased subscriptions are not exchangeable or refundable.

REDUCTIONS
Reductions are reserved for under 26's, over 65's, and Biennale Card 2024 holders by attaching the documentation proving the right to the reduction to the request form.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
Right of Pre-emption: from 4-19 July 2024 it is possible to request the renewal of a subscription by exercising the right of pre-emption and keeping the seat assigned in the previous edition.
Subscription holders must fill in and send the online REQUEST FORM indicating specifically the seat that they wish to confirm (type of subscription, time slot, sector, row, and seat number).
The essential requirement for the request to be accepted is to have attended at least 50% of the screenings in the 2023 edition.
The La Biennale di Venezia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the requests it receives.
From 22-26 July 2024, confirmations to accepted requests will be sent by e-mail, so please make sure that the e-mail address you are providing is correct.
Unconfirmed places will be made available for new requests.

NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS
The period from 23-29 July 2024 will be reserved for new subscribers who wish to make a purchase for the Sala Grande by completing and submitting the online form.
It will be possible to request a maximum of one subscription per time slot.
Acceptance of requests is subject to the availability of seats for subscriptions and will follow the order by date of arrival of the purchase request.
From 31 July to 6 August 2024, confirmations to requests received will be sent by e-mail.
For all other venues, purchases can be made as of 23 July directly on www.labiennale.org

WHEELCHAIR USERS
The auditorium can accommodate up to a maximum of four disabled persons in wheelchairs, in the seats allocated by the CVP on the premises of public performances, two of which are reserved for subscribers. Any viewer needing to use such a seat must make this known at the time of request, attaching the documentation proving their right to do so to the form, as well as indicating the possible presence of a certified accompanying person.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment should be made, in one lump sum, at the same time as the renewal or new purchase of a subscription, exclusively by traceable systems, such as credit card, debit card (or other payment method indicated on the e-commerce page, accessible through a dedicated link) or by bank transfer, the bank details of which will be provided in confirmation messages.
Once payment has been made, the subscription type cannot be replaced or refunded.

LOSS
In the event of loss of the subscription, a duplicate can be issued by sending an e-mail to biglietteria.cinema@labiennale.org enclosing the loss report submitted to the "Carabinieri", "Polizia" Headquarters, or at the "Polizia Locale" Headquarters. 

WARNINGS
Should the subscriber be found to have misused the subscription for profit or to have violated the terms and conditions of sale, the Management of La Biennale di Venezia reserves the right to take action in all the appropriate manners, first and foremost by suspending the subscription and by inhibiting access to the Festival, with no possibility of refund of the purchase price.
