SPECIAL PRICES
Visitors with a certified disability may purchase one-access tickets at € 18 reduced price c/o the Infopoints (Giardini: Viale Trento 1260; Arsenale: c/o Museo Storico Navale at Riva San Biasio 2148). Appropriate documentation required.
Persons accompanying disabled visitors (in case it is certified in the documentation produced) may request a complimentary ticket at the Infopoints.
Special prices also for FAI, ACI, COOP, CRAL DOGANE, OCRAD, and TCI card holders: € 22 concession one-access ticket; the card must be produced at the Infopoints.
FREE ADMISSION
Children up to 6 years of age; nursery schools, elementary schools and junior high schools participating in Biennale Educational activities; adults accompanying disabled visitors holding a disability ID (in case it is certified in the documents produced).
ACCESSIBILITY
Visitors with a certified disability may benefit from a reduced-rate entrance ticket, which must be requested at the Ticket Offices / Infopoints at the entrance.

Please note the guided tours at both venues include an introduction to the 19th International Architecture Exhibition. Then:

GENERAL RULES
FOR VISITORS
In case of inappropriate behaviour towards artworks or people, the security personnel has the right to ask the visitors involved to identify themselves and have them removed from the Exhibition.
In case of persistent behaviour incompatible with safety, the Management of the Venice Biennale reserves the right to take appropriate initiatives and measures, including the suspension of access to the Exhibition.
Groups with a guide should limit the number of participants to 25. In case of overcrowding or other particular circumstances, as deemed by the Management, large groups will be asked to be divided into smaller groups during their visit.
SERVICES IN THE EXHIBITION VENUES
A courtesy transport service with electric cars is provided for visitors with reduced mobility.
For families: toilets with changing tables. Strollers are available on site, upon request to the staff.
Bar/Restaurant: there are various refreshment points in both venues, indicated on the map of the spaces. Menus available for celiacs, vegetarians and vegans.
La Biennale di Venezia has developed a strong commitment to educational initiatives. They are particularly focused on universities, schools, families, professionals, and architecture lovers.
In 2025, a full educational offer will accompany the 19th International Architecture Exhibition as well. Initiatives will address individuals as well as groups of students, children, youngsters, grown-ups, families, professionals, businesses, and universities. All activities will pivot on an the active involvement of participants; they will be held by professional educators selected and trained by La Biennale di Venezia. Educational activities fall into two main types: Guided tours and Workshops.
