Description

“A melancholy party, a celebration of the dark side. A poetic hymn dedicated to the feeling of desperation and apathy. When you don’t know where to go, you wait. We are all waiting for something, but this has a cost, waiting eats us up inside. Conditioned as we are, there is no more margin for patience”.
We are always waiting for something, a solution, a Saviour who will not appear: in Gravel’s harsh words about the “bastards” we can clearly read the mean ruthless inspiration behind his “choreographic concert” for a group of complicit actors, dancers and musicians, in a disappointing, sceptical, corrosive spirit of rebellion.
