Location of the exhibition space: the Accademia di Belle Arti is the university of fine arts in Venice. The former Ospedale degli Incurabili has been the main headquarters of the Accademia since 2004, and consists of a large building of sixteenth-century origin with a long white façade and a base covered in Istrian stone which extends along the Zattere allo Spirito Santo. The exhibition space consists of a monumental 1000 sqm courtyard and multiple indoor spaces.
How to get there / Transport of the works of art: vaporetto Actv line 6 (stop: Spirito Santo), line 5.1 (stop: Zattere), and line 1 (stops: Accademia and/or Salute). Transport of the works of art via the canal of Giudecca.
