Il progetto contenitore è un grande oggetto aperto/chiuso pensato per accogliere contenuti diversi. Possiede una straordinaria forma, funzione e struttura. È situato in ogni municipalità. Attorno al contenitore esiste un intero paesaggio di edifici costruiti per adeguarsi al proprio tempo e per offrire nuove possibilità di uso, spazi di sperimentazione, socializzazione, riflessione, attivismo, speranza e nuove idee e obiettivi. Il padiglione offre esempi di spazi temporanei nel territorio del Kosovo ‘estratti’ da questo contenitore, a dimostrazione del fatto che, con un po’ di buona volontà, questi oggetti possono essere costantemente riprodotti nella vita di tutti i giorni.

Image 1 – How will we live together?
C0NTAINP0RARY/C0NTEM0RARY/C0NTAINER. Earth is Home/ The role of urbanization is to create sustainable environments that bond human with Nature and it is part of planetary biodiversity.
Hence, this is the noblest mission of architecture. Global urbanization is in expansion: population growth, constructions of mega-structures (housing, economy, communications, etc.). The process involves countries and societies where every decision—making has a global impact, thus lack of sustainable planning places Earth at risk. The most acute issue is the global warming crisis. We lack the awareness and coordinated actions in order to avoid the effects of climate disaster. Today we learned that no human action can be viewed as individual anymore.

C0NTAINP0RARY/C0NTEM0RARY/C0NTAINER. The CONTAINER project is a large open, enclosed object intended for loading various CONTENTS. It has an extraordinary form, function and design. It is located in every commune. Around this container remain open a landscape of affordances, buildings constructed to be time specific offering NEW POSSIBILITIES of use, spaces FOR experimentation, socialisation, reflection, activism, hope, new ideas and purposes.
We show you samples of these enerous temporary spaces around Kosovo territory taken out from this object of contents, showing the possibility that with some good will, they can be CONSTANTLY REPRODUCING through everyday life and their use.
